Supreme Court of India rejects HC order for reinvestigation on Divine Retreat Center Muringoor

Global Council of Indian Christians (GCIC) welcomes the decision of the Supreme Court of India to reject the motivated petion of Hindutva agent aginst Christan Divine Retreat centre Muringoor .GClIC seeks apology from the vernacular media for the slanderous reporting against Christian Divine center.
The Supreme Court on Tuesday rejected the Kerala High Court directive seeking reinvestigation into the case against Muringoor Divine Centre in Thrissur. The order was issued on a motivated petition filed by Kalarkode Gopalan Nair alleging that anti-social activities taking place at the centre . Earlier, the Supreme Court had directed the State to withdraw the re-investigation plea in the case against Muringoor Divine Centre. The Court said that the State had misinterpreted the High Court that the case still exist
